Pansies for Nellie Mae

Over the weekend I had a sudden burst of wanting to spruce up our garden. I don't have a very consistent green thumb, but when I get the urge, I get very excited. I had so much fun getting my hands dirty. At the nursery some purple pansies caught my eye and I knew I just had to buy them, for they were my grandma's favorite flower. Today just happens to be her birthday, so here are my pansies in honor of sweet Nellie Mae.

A Love Filled Afternoon

Last month my mom hosted a baby shower for her assistant and dear friend, Ali. Lauren Spencer King

Happy Monday! I was thrilled to see my dear friend, Lauren Spencer King, featured on design*sponge today. The photos of her apartment and art studio were shot by our in-house photographer, the talented Kate Danson! I could spend hours looking at every inch of Lauren's apartment, there are so many meaningful, beautiful treasures to discover. Ojai Weekend

Hello again. I thought I would be up for blogging during my maternity leave, but I was wrong. Instead I wanted to completely disconnect from my computer and it felt so good! Now that Clementine is almost 3 months old, I am slowly reemerging out of the baby bubble. It's been a crazy whirlwind, the weeks have flown by and I can't believe how big she is already. I am trying to cherish every day with her because you know what they say...they grow up so fast. We spent a relaxing weekend up in Ojai and I played around with some fun photography Apps on my iPhone. Here are some photos using Pro HDR. Enjoy!
